To apply to Riverside County Office of Education's DSCTE Program, candidates must submit a non-refundable $100 application fee. We highly encourage all candidates to complete our Advanced Screening Tool to assist them with determining if they are eligible for a DSCTE Credential. If you are ready to submit an application, please follow the instructions below.

2. Click "Register" and then click "Sign Up"

3. You will be directed to PayPal to submit payment
